Zagaia is the brand of VASCONCELOS & SANTOS TECNOLOGIA E PUBLICIDADE LTDA, registered under CNPJ 66.903.864/0001-21, with its head office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, ZIP 05424-150. We bring marketing and technology together: website design, paid traffic, SEO, GEO and Arya. The site describes our services and contact channels. Engagements are formalized through a written proposal, sent after a direct conversation.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not:

Tools and diagnostics

The website diagnosis and the traffic diagnosis are free, informational tools. The results are estimates generated from what you provide and from what we can read publicly on your site. They help guide a conversation, do not replace a paid analysis and are not a promise of results.

Arya

Arya is Zagaia's customer-service intelligence. On our site, she shows how she would work on yours. When hired, she is offered as a monthly subscription for clients whose website we build, with the price and conditions described on the Arya page and confirmed in the proposal. Like any artificial intelligence, she can make mistakes: her responses do not replace our formal word in negotiations, quotes or contracts.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, layout, source code and audiovisual materials) is the property of Zagaia or used under license. Using, reproducing or redistributing it without prior authorization is a copyright infringement and may have legal consequences.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site (Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and others) belong to their respective owners and appear for informational purposes only.
