Who we are

Zagaia is the brand of VASCONCELOS & SANTOS TECNOLOGIA E PUBLICIDADE LTDA, registered under CNPJ 66.903.864/0001-21, with its head office at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, ZIP 05424-150. We bring marketing and technology together: website design, paid traffic, SEO, GEO and Arya, our customer-service intelligence. This policy describes how we handle the personal data collected on zagaia.co and across our contact channels. We are a company based in Brazil and act as the data controller under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (the General Data Protection Law, or LGPD).

What data we collect

• Data you provide: name, phone number, email, company and message when you reach out to us through our contact forms, our booking channels or by chatting with Arya.
• Data from diagnostics and tools: your website address and the answers you give in the traffic diagnosis. This data travels alongside your contact details so the conversation starts with context.
• Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and measurement tools.
• Marketing data: the source of your visit (an ad campaign, a social network or a search), so we can understand how you found us.

How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and send commercial proposals.
• To tailor the conversation and understand your industry before the first meeting.
• To analyze how the site performs and improve the experience.
• To deliver the services you hire, including the Arya subscription.
• To comply with legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Who we share it with

Zagaia does not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Technology providers that run the tools we use: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics, Ads and email), Meta (Ads), OpenAI (the artificial intelligence that generates Arya's responses) and transactional email services.
• Competent authorities, when required by law or by court order.

Arya and the conversations on the site

Arya is Zagaia's customer-service intelligence. The conversation you have with her on our site is there to understand what you need and route your request. When you leave your name and contact details at the end of the conversation, that data reaches our team along with the path you took. You do not have to share anything to browse: the fields only appear when you choose to talk to a specialist.

The conversation with Arya is processed by OpenAI, an artificial intelligence provider located in the United States, to generate responses in real time. That content may also be used by OpenAI to improve and train its models. For that reason, avoid typing sensitive data into the chat; to leave your contact details, use the name and contact fields that appear at the end.

Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data.
• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
• Request the portability of your data to another provider.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies and measurement

We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences (such as Arya's sound) and to measure performance. The measurement tools we may use are Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, keeping in mind that the essential ones are required for the site to work.

Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Even so, no system is completely secure, so we ask that you use strong passwords and look after your credentials.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or for the period required by law. After that, it is anonymized or securely deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when necessary. If there is a significant change, we will let you know through the site or by email. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
